Scope of Services
Services are provided as described in written agreements or statements of work.
Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created under their contract. Sprout retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or frameworks used in the process.
Confidentiality
Both Sprout and clients agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of work.
No Medical Advice
Sprout provides marketing services only. We do not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice.
Payment & Termination
Payment terms and termination conditions are defined in individual contracts.
Limitation of Liability
Sprout Consulting Group is committed to delivering high-quality services with professionalism and care. In the event of unforeseen issues, Sprout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sprout harmless from claims resulting from misuse of deliverables or non-compliance issues outside Sprout’s control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
