Major Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)
A major NGO needed to expand mobile health services in underserved communities at scale. However, fragmented internal communication, inconsistent external messaging, and limited digital visibility threatened the initiative’s reach. The organization also needed to demonstrate impact quickly in order to secure both immediate and long-term funding for sustainability.
Partnered with the NGO as an embedded strategic lead, serving as Interim Director of Communications to design and implement a unified internal and external communications framework that aligned teams, elevated visibility, and positioned the organization for long-term growth.
